Refund and Returns Policy

Faulty Items

If you discover a fault in an item you purchased we will assist you in resolving the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please email us at [email protected] with all relevant details of the fault including photographs and your invoice number so we can get it sorted for you. 

Damaged Items

We are hopeful you will receive yout items in perfect condition and carefully pack your order to ensure this. However occasionally items can be damaged in transit. In this instance please email us at [email protected] with all relevant details of the damage including photographs and your invoice number. 

Change of Mind

Although we are so sure you will love your purchases, we know shopping online can be tricky and there may be a time where something does not meet your expectations. 

If you find yourself in this situation we will offer a refund or exchange (excluding sale items). Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange you return.

All returns must be in re-saleable condition including in original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged and there is no return on sale items. Cost of your initial postage is not refunded. 

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days of us receiving your item and via the method you used for purchase. Please ensure you return items via Australia Post with tracking as we cannot take responsibility for any damage/loss in transit. Return shipping is at your expense.Â
